Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is committed to maintaining the privacy of our donors and volunteers. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us. FMSC does not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us and we do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise share for marketing purposes with third parties without your consent. FMSC uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, communicate back to you and update you on FMSC news and special events. FMSC does not retain credit card information except when stored with our third-party recurring donation vendor. In that case, credit card information is only used to process a recurring donation as selected by the donor. Other than as indicated for recurring donations, FMSC does not use, store or share credit card information in any way.

FMSC will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise share for marketing purposes your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent. Use of donor and volunteer information will be limited to the internal purposes of FMSC and only to further the activities of FMSC. Unless we have permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide with FMSC entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf to complete the activities described above.

How We Protect Your Information

FMSC is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from volunteers and donors. We use Internet encryption software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, when collecting or storing sensitive data. FMSC utilizes Give Direct, Blackbaud Merchant Services and PayPal to process and maintain all financial transactions. Opt-Out or Change Your Contact Information

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you. When we send a marketing email, you can opt out of further communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each marketing email. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us through an online form. You may also update your previously provided contact information.
