Gala Menu

Enjoy a delicious, three-course plated dinner.

Choose your entrée:

  • Margherita Chicken Roulade: (GF) Boneless chicken breast stuffed with fresh mozzarella, (GF) spinach and sundried tomatoes with a light basil wine tomato sauce, (non GF) pasta timbale, (GF) roasted rustic vegetables with rosemary garnish
  • (GF) Vegetarian/Vegan (includes salad without Parmesan): Paella Valenciana, cauliflower cakes, roasted rustic vegetables with rosemary garnish
  • Child-friendly: Chicken fingers, fruit kabob, fresh baby carrots with ranch dip and milk

  All meals include:

  • Starter salad with wild cranberry, romaine, baby lettuce greens, craisins, toasted walnuts, parmesan and a red wine-dijon vinaigrette
  • Assortment of homemade rustic breads (garlic, rosemary orange and multigrain)
  • Dessert of either lemon rosemary entremet or chocolate raspberry flourless cake (gluten free)
  • Freshly-roasted Dunn Bros coffee, hot tea and ice water
