Food Allocation Request Form 2018

Feed My Starving Children is grateful for your partnership. The Food Allocation Request Form is helpful to assist FMSC in determining your food aid allocation for the next fiscal year, March 1, 2018 - February 28, 2019. FMSC will process all requests after February 1st, 2018 to determine which needs can be fulfilled. Food Allocation letters will be emailed to each respective partner the beginning of March 2018.
