FMSC recommends staying at the conference hotel, the Doubletree by Hilton Deerfield Beach/Boca Raton. Mention FMSC to receive the group rate of $195. FMSC will subsidize the cost by $20, so individual guests will only be charged at rate of $175 plus tax upon check out. Rooms are available at the discounted rate until December 29th, 2023. Space is limited, so please make your hotel reservations early!

Hotel check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Airport transportation

If you choose to rent a car, hotel parking is complimentary.

If flying, you are responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel. We recommend taking the Tri-Rail available from the Miami or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airports to the Deerfield Beach Station. There is a minimal cost associated with the train, and you will need to purchase your tickets before boarding the train. When you arrive at the Deerfield Beach train station, please call Doubletree by Hilton Deerfield Beach/Boca Raton at 954.427.7700 to be picked up by the complimentary shuttle and brought to the hotel. The shuttle runs from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. every day.
