Conference will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday and at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday. Breakfast will be available both mornings beginning at 7:30 a.m., with optional morning prayer on Thursday at 7:00 a.m.

Conference will end by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Attire is business casual.

Breakfast, lunch and an evening reception are provided on Wednesday. Breakfast and a morning snack are provided on Thursday.

Yes, Spanish and Creole translation will be available. Please select that option on your registration if you need translation.

No, you are responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel. We recommend taking the Tri-Rail available from the Miami or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airports to the Deerfield Beach Station. There is a minimal cost associated with the train, and you will need to purchase your tickets before boarding the train. When you arrive at the Deerfield Beach train station, please call Doubletree by Hilton Deerfield Beach/Boca Raton at 954.427.7700 to be picked up by the complimentary shuttle and brought to the hotel. The shuttle runs from 7:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. every day.

If you choose to rent a car, there will be complimentary parking at the hotel.

The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is the closest airport. The Miami International Airport is also a relatively close airport.

Register online as soon as possible. Registration deadline is Friday, December 15, 2023. You will receive an email from FMSC confirming your RSVP and attendance to the conference.

This year we will be offering a live virtual option! All general sessions as well as breakout speakers will be available to live stream but will not allow for live participation.
