At the beginning of every fiscal year, FMSC leadership chooses a new verse to guide our prayers through the upcoming year. Our new fiscal year started March 1, and as we step into a year of greater need and bold new efforts to feed more kids, we seek to grow closer to God that we might we grow more unified.

2026/27 promise verse

“Speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ. From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”

2026/27 guiding prayer

Lord Jesus, help us walk in truth and love. Grow us in maturity and unity as your body. As we come together to feed your children, strengthen each of us in the part you have given us, and build us up in love as we follow you together. Amen.
