Want to know what happens after you apply for a position with FMSC? Here’s a glimpse into our hiring process.

Application submitted
We love that you applied. You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that the submission was successful. A real human reviews every application, and we get back to every single applicant. Some candidates will be invited to a phone interview.

Phone interview with Human Resources
During your phone interview, we’ll discuss your application and work experience and share more about our open position. This conversation will take 20-45 minutes depending on the position. If it’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to interview in-person.

In-person interview
Depending on the position, the interview may consist of meeting with the position’s supervisor and another team member for 30-60 minutes. You will be asked a combination of general and behavioral questions, while learning more about the position and experiencing our FMSC culture first-hand. Higher-responsibility positions require 2+ rounds of interviews.

Reference checks + background check
Before extending a job offer, we’ll contact your references. After successful references checks, we’ll extend an offer to you contingent on the results of a background check.

Official offer + onboarding

Once you accept the job offer and the background check clears, we’ll make it official and schedule a start date. And subsequently notify all remaining applicants that the position is filled.
